The 2026 Season Is Over

No games were played yesterday, and nothing is scheduled for today. The 2026 WNBA season — including the postseason — has concluded. The courts are quiet.

This is the part of the calendar that tests a fan's patience. No tip times, no box scores, no late-game fouling debates. Just the long wait until next spring.

What's Coming This Off-Season

• Free agency: The off-season signing period will shape rosters heading into 2027. Watch for movement among marquee players as contracts expire.
• Draft prep: College basketball is already underway. Prospects building 2027 Draft résumés are worth tracking now.
• League news: Expansion conversations, broadcast deals, and international signings will drive headlines through the winter.
