Wednesday Results
| Matchup | Score |
|---|---|
| Phoenix Mercury @ Los Angeles Sparks | 86–82 PHX |
| Minnesota Lynx @ Seattle Storm | 86–76 MIN |
| Chicago Sky @ New York Liberty | 95–94 NYL |
| Las Vegas Aces @ Washington Mystics | 100–99 WAS |
| Connecticut Sun @ Indiana Fever | 123–88 IND |
| Dallas Wings @ Portland Fire | 101–97 DAL |
Three Things Worth Noting
- Indiana drops 123 on Connecticut. The Fever lit up the Sun for their highest output of the season. A 35-point margin against one of the East’s better defensive units is a statement. Indiana looks dangerous.
- Washington stuns Las Vegas. The Mystics knocked off the Aces 100–99 in what was the night’s best finish. Las Vegas has now dropped two of their last four — worth watching as the playoff picture tightens.
- New York holds on by one. The Liberty needed every possession to survive Chicago, 95–94. The Sky continue to play above their seed and remain a genuine upset threat on any given night.
